I highly doubt Oscar would throw a fight against a truly elite opponent, he hadn't beaten one before (turned out he never would), why would he throw that?

This is ******ed. Why would oscar even take the fight in the first place then? They weren't in the same weight class, there was no public demand for it. Oscar didn't have to take the fight.

On top of that, why would Oscar demand a catchweight fight of 158 pounds if it was a fixed fight? Why not just keep it at 160? Further, why would Bernard weigh in at 156 pounds just to prove a point that the catchweight was worthless? Makes no sense if it's a setup from the start.

As for the question, who knows? That's the last KO Hopkins has had.

no, DelaHoya-Hopkins it was real fight.

The only dive that Oscar took was when he fought Pacman.
Oscar "threw" the fight with Pac, and let Pac win on purpose, so that ghe can co-promote him in the future and "milk in" as much Asian $$$$$ from Asian fans worldwide.

i remember i watching that fight and saying "wtf was that that was fake!"
the replays only proved how fake it was, and also they showed hopkins' corner right before that round, they were saying 'this is it' finish him here..' or something, when oscar wasnt even hurt. he probably winning my points actually.
