John has a glossy record and all that, but he's always doing shady stuff like pulling out of fights just like Calzaghe did and he's inactive as hell. And outside of a win over JMM (which I had him losing that fight) I don't see what all the hoopla about him is about. He needs to beat better opponents in order to make it to the HOF. Hell, as much crap as I talk about Lopez he's got a better resume than John with less fights under his belt. And speaking of Lopez, I think him and Gamboa will beat John when they fight.

Chris John is the ish.. All of you that criticize John don't understand. I am amazed when I see him fight. He is a really, really good fighter and I want to see him in a really big fight before it is said and done in his career. We deserve to see him in one. I think he has what it takes to beat the other Juanma.

Marquez was not robbed. People need to watch that fight before making a decision. I'm a fan of Marquez not really a fan of Chris John but i scored it in favour of John in a very close fight. There was no robbery.

Sorry to be nitpicky but BHop has fought outside of the USA...he fought Segundo Mercado in Ecuador...

But the point being made is essentially correct...he has a huge fanbase in Indonesia and makes good money there...he has very little crossover appeal to be successful in the USA...and he has travelled abroad too...I'm sure if Gamboa said he was willing to fight in Indonesia then Chris wouldn't say no...

Also its funny how people cry robberies but then conveniently forget Juarez's gift draw in their first fight...
