Marquez is a counter puncher that does not move after countering, he is there to be hit back whether he counters you or not, what will happen with a guy who moves after counter punching, or is bigger, capable of hurting you more with a single counter?

I dont make this thead in relation to a potential Marquez rematch, infact I reckon he would still beat Marquez, albeit still in a competitive fight due to the fact he has not improved certain aspects of his game that dramatically imo, not on the front foot anyway.
easy for you to say that but if youre in the ring with him and being tagged with power shots, i dont know if youll still have time to predict those movements. theres a whole world of difference from the perspective of a viewer to the one inside the ring thats fighting. thats what happened to hatton, dela hoya cotto and margarito. they thought that pacquiao is not that fast and not that strong while watching him, so they brought that impressions inside the ring but what happened? they were simply mesmerized, even up to the point of helplessness (ODLH), shocked (hatton), overwhelmed with fear of a KO(clottey) or simply outclassed (Marg & diaz) theyre professional fighters yet they cannot solve the puzzle that is pacquiao. thats because from the very beginning theyre analysis are flawed, they under estimated the guy, while pacquiao prepared so hard for them. granted you tagged pacquiao with a punch, and you reset to give another but how can you reset when right after you caught him you get yourself combos of 3 power punches as his counter? open your eyes and look around and compare how pacquiao fights with the styles of the other fighters around, pacquiao moves like in a perpetual way like no other. he was cornered at times by his foes, but that is to his own liking. he stand toe to toe, but thats his own decision, his own choice because like what he always says he wanted to make people happy, to be entertained, try to imagine it if who hes fighting is considered lethal to his style and he planned not to engage but to purely go in and out can he do that? of course, he demonstrated it in his fight with de la hoya and that fight imho is a very smart figh and pacquiao is a very smart fighter, the guy is very intelligent. as long as people under estimate pacquiao, he will always win, he has this uncanny ability to capitalize on that. he can always, and did, surprised them. like "shock and awe" approach. to defeat pacquiao one must appreciate his talent, ability skill, one must respect his speed and power so one can fully prepare for it. to under estimate him is to place ones self in a dis advantage position even before stepping inside that ring.

Pacquiao against a good technical boxer would get his ass smashed. Plain and simple. Hell Marquez at 147 would still give him problems.
Are you seriously believing that? Marquez is great but no way he punches harder than Oscar, Cotto, Clottey and Margarito at welterweight nor he has a chin to withstand Pac punches now at 147. He keeps kissing the canvass at lower weight classes from Pac featherweight punches and the mean reason why he lose both fight. These are the fact you can't deny. JMM is a lightweight the most and Pacquiao is welterweight now. Between 140-147 Pac ko him for good. Once he goes down he will never be the same.

        I don't remember it.

To me a refined fighter is someone with a defense, someone who calculates his attacks, has an ability to dictate a fight from range, and is able to do it consistently utilizing good technique, I never saw that from Morales, which is why I would never describe him as a refined fighter.

        Just aswell

but he is a more complete fighter than he used to be
never gonna be full fledged technician
but as a boxer puncher/volume puncher, Pac is lethal
That Asian girl in the vid you show is looking at me as if she wants me to make love to her. I got twitterpated when she puckered her lips. Dang! Asian girls have such delicate bone structure on their faces.

Pac hasn't lost in almost 6 years.

Maybe if he improved a lot, he would lose.
