I mean you could say that he technically landed more punches, (because a grazing slap is still counted as a landed blow) but this fight more than any is proof that using compubox to argue who won is complete bull****.

Calzaghe lost rds 1-4 for sure including a 10-8 for the knockdown, but I felt he swept all the other rds after that except 1 (can't remember which but presuming rd 10) and got the correct decision. I think that leaves it at 113-114 Calzaghe. The 111-116 card was ridiculous though

I just looked back at my notes from when I reviewed it in 2012. I see that there were lots of scrappy, mauling rounds, where Slop did his best to stop a fight from breaking out. The audience weren't cheering because they thought Calzaghe was landing... they were cheering because they thought something exciting might happen.

According to my scorecard, when I broke down the clear rounds, I had it 75-74 Slap, with the rest up for debate. My write-up suggested 114-113 to Hopkins, but with a high amount of "I don't really give a ****."

However, I'd forgotten that in round ten Slapsie pretended to bum him.

Very similar to GGG- Canelo 2. Only a casual can watch and confortably say Fraudnelo won.
