The only one who gets KO'd is Hopkins. It's a first time for everything and Hop will get KO'd for the first time in his career. Pascal is going to retire Hop....2011 a rematch with Dawson.Comment

And by vowing to knock him out, he means he is going to charge forward with his head and throw fifteen punches a round while crumpling to the ground if a punch goes anywhere near his ear.Comment

This type of 'added pressure' talk he's playing, wont work on pascal in my opinionl, pascal is a fighter and i think b-hop has bitten off more than he can chew, but if he does win then its one of the best wins in his career for me, pascal is dangerousComment

False.
I watched the exclusive pre-fight show, the main event and the post-fight interview. I even watched the post-fight press conference featuring the best fighter in the world: which is Jean Pascal.
Pascal was winning nearly every round. Plus, it's not like he was the one who initiated the headbutt. It was the American sore loser Chad "Sad" Dawson.
It was so funny to watch Dawson make all those excuses after the fight, that I almost had to change the channel to stop myself from laughing. But, of course, I did not, because I might've missed another potential interview with the best fighter in the world: which is Jean Pascal.Comment

Cant see it myself, even if he hurt Pascal, he most probably wouldn't take him out with one punch, so he would want to put a combo together to put him away, which I cant see him doing, not with his stamina, what if Pascal weathered the storm, and Hopkins expended too much of that 40+ year old stamina? Hopkins is too smart and cagey to throw cautious to the wind these days, cautious because he has to conserve what energy he has.Comment

It doesn't matter if it won't work on Pascal. It works for Hopkins. It's an ego thing...it's all about Hopkins. He's trying to push himself mentally to get the best out of himself.Comment
