You don't understand the way law suites work. The guy lost much more than 100,000 if Pac didn't show up, that was just Pac's fee.
I'm sure he had many people there hoping for Pac to show up, do promotions, cost for the set up, etc.....
I don't know if the damages are 1.8 million but I'm positive they are much more than 100,000.

The promoter is probably suing for common law breach of contract.
He is probably entitled to compensatory damages or rescission (which would restore both parties to their former state, as if no offer, acceptance, consideration, or lack of defense had occurred).
Third-party beneficiaries probably want a piece of that action as well.Comment

manny needs to find himself a good manager. he cant be signing **** for no reason. thats mind boggling how a person with his kind of success really just doesnt understand that ppl are out to get him. thats that mike tyson syndrome rite there...
