hell no... good thing ward & clottey are not on the same division.. just think of the **** that will happen for 12 merciless rounds: clottey covering his @ss up the whole night while ward trying to clinch those arms..
I don't know how anyone can enjoy it. I want so bad to like him cause he's genuinely a gentleman, but his style sucks and he won't fight outside his hometown.

you gonna see a fight similar to it soon: Ward vs Abraham
Ward uses very old school tactics to smuther and neutralize all his opponents offense. Driving in with your shoulder than pushing off or stepping aside to throw short power punches..a real classic style got respect that.
no what hes doing is driving his head forward using it as a weapon, hooking teh other fighter and with his free hand hes punching while elbowing mauling wrestling the opponent to the ropes. and the fact is hes not a limited fighter that has to fight in this horrible style. u can call it what you want, u can respect it if you want
and just so we're all clear:
marquess of Queensberry Rules clearly states in there 2nd rule

SMH...ur an idiot. its obvious he wasnt talking about marquess of queensberry, thats a totally different set of rules. hes talking about old school modern boxing. go watch some tape. and he does lead with his head, its his style. hes not aiming to headbutt...b. hop does the same thing.
just say u dont like his style, im tired of ppl whining about him cheating. what he does is definitely within the rules. all u soft piss-ants just dont understand the rules.

those are the rules of boxing you ****ing idiot. yes bhop does it too, that doesnt make it legal .
You cannot hit below the belt, hold, trip, kick, headbutt, wrestle, bite, spit on, or push your opponent.
sometimes clinches happen in boxing... but it shouldn't be used as a tactic.
its always been a tactic. where the fluck do u get ur knowledge from??? have u ever boxed??? just because pacquaio doesnt clinch doesnt mean it isnt one of the most basic principles of boxing. smh... u guys...
boxing has rules ... those are them familiarize yourself with them idiot before you open your idiotic mouth
there is no rule that says u cant punch in a clinch. there is no rule that says a ref must break up a clinch if both fighters are fighting AND defending themselves in some way. finally there is no rule that says u cant lead with your head. u cant just throw a random set of rules out and act like u kno wat ur talking about. nothing ward does is illegal. b hop rabbit punches, thats illegal, but thats not something ward does, now is it?
gtfo with ur random rules. u go show me a place where ward is cheating on tape. and dont show me no bull**** head butts. they happen all the time when styles clash. u dudes dont box, never been in the ring and dont know wtf ur watching and yet u choose to lecture ppl. there are commentators, boxing writers etc., who have been watching boxing all their lives and yet they think ward's style is throwback and totally legal. but i guess u know better rite??
i remember watching Ward when he first turned pro..i forget who it was against but it had to be within his first 5 fights and he got dropped by a tomato can...i hope that didn't stick in his mind too much and is causing this super cautious approach
