Martinez and Berto don't even bother calling out Mayweather..

Why cry about either fight? I don't cry about stuff I don't have to do? We're all eternally grateful that you called Floyd's fight a tune-up too. Given how important you are, an Internet statesman if you like, it was a really big day for us.Comment

Can't be too pushy with Mayweather.. Wouldn't want to give him road rage or anything. So essentially going back to the first post. Pacquiao's kindness and willingness to please is being taken advantage of.Comment

Lol, the defining characteristic of *******s and *****s alike. Work around the facts and divert to an unrelated issue. Nobody was talking about the Super Six here buddy. "Run him into the ground"? Lol, very odd way to end your reply considering that you think "Pac takes care of Martinez" so easily. If he's so easy, why doesn't your idol fight him on fair terms. If Margarito wasn't too big, then Martinez definitely isn't as well. I thought Pac was a warrior and fought everyone? You pretty much have *******s and all of the Philippines drinking that Kool-Aid.Comment

I'm not 12 years old so just because a boxer said something doesn't mean I'm buying. Yeah, a tuneup was my opinion. And I expressed it right here. Anything else?Comment

Because they know he would never bother with them and it's not realistic. It's not even near the realm of possibilities. Mayweather is essentially treated as semi retired.
Meanwhile every Pac hater in town wants to criticize and demand who and under what terms Pac's next opponent be fought. Pac's willingness to please is essentially being taken advantage of. With the way a lot of fans are acting, he'd be better off acting like Mayweather and giving them nothing. In terms of his next opponent, other than Mayweather(with whom a fight can't currently be made) it would be impossible to please all critics. Save for a fight against the middleweight champion of the world, which is an outrageous request considering Pacquiao was at light weight a couple years ago and only weighs in around the mid 140's. Whoever he picks, Pacquiao = Damned if he does, damned if he don't. Please discuss.
Doesn't look like they should call out Pacquaio either because his team doesn't show any interest in either one. I'm sure that's just fine with you though as Pacquiao and his team can do no wrong. A lot of people called Mosley an old shot fighter for Mayweather. But now he's a viable opponent for Pacquaio after a one sided loss and a draw? Did Mosley suddenly get younger? If you can't see why there is criticism for that then you are riding Pacquiao too hard. And Pacquaio hasn't been a lightweight for years. It's time to stop calling him one or even making reference to it. He couldn't make 135 if his life depended on it. Especially when Roach refuses to fight at a catchweight for Marquez under 147. I guess Catchweights only work when it's convenient or comfortable for Pacquaio and his biased fans. Martinez said he would fight at 154. How is that unreasonable when Pacquiao fought for the 154 title? Some Pacquiao fans want to have it both ways by praising him for winning an 8th belt against an unqualified contender. But in the next sentence claim he's too small to fight at 154 when Martinez name comes up. Can't have it both ways and still look credible or objective on this topic.Last edited by joseph5620; 11-29-2010, 05:32 PM.Comment
