JMM fought Pac in JMM's best division at 130 lbs and still couldnt get the W. what makes you guys think JMM has any chance of beating the Manny Pacquiao now? if JMM was so good how come he didnt dominate Pac in 130 lbs where he was more comfortable? and now some of you haters think he has any chance? i still want to see Pac shutting up a class less JMM's big mouth.

Some people in this thread are confused. This is a direct reply to Arum's request. He said he would not do a JMM vs Pac fight if it was a co-promotion and Golden B?oy was involved. He said the only way he would entertain the notion of a third meeting was if TR did the promotional duties solely. So no GBP does not lose money in such an agreement. They do however lose promotional control.

according to to top rank and gbp settlement which they are bind by law. if pacquiao fights a gbp fighter gbp will be the lead promoter while top rank would be a co promoter. any other fighter top rank would promote pacquiao. pacman is fighting jmm which is a gbp fighter hence gbp will be the lead promoter and will shoulder most of the cost to promote the fight. delahoya knows this fight doesnt make sense financially so he is passing the buck to top rank. pacman even said the only way he will take this fight if he got a guaranteed purse and he dont want to co promote the fight which he normally do when he fights under the top rank banner. even arum have reservations for this fight. do you really think gbp is doing top rank a favor by giving top rank the control in this fight. do you think they are doing this for the sake of their fighter marquez. sure.

Well, even though Marcos is a great fighter, a boxer-puncher and warrior, it would really be good to see Pac KO him to shut him (and Mexico) up. There is a difference between losing or winning a close fight and a complete robbery.

Santa Cruz-Casamayor=Robbery, Pac-JMM II=close fight.
Martinez-Cintrong=Robbery, Martinez=Williams I=Close fight.

There is a difference... Just cuz you had one guy winning and it went to the other guy in a close fight it does not consider a robbery.

Now, he's asking for another rematch based on what?... his win over Katsidis??? This guy is not even close to the category of Pacquiao!
He's also saying Pacquiao won over washed-up fighters-- another insult! He is saying: Defending LightWeight Champ David Diaz and JuniorWelterweight Champ Hatton and Cotto, etc. are washed up? Those are highly rated fighters than Katsidis who is not even a previous world champ, and he insulted them just to discredit Pacquiao's victories?!! Well, JMM will be 37 if ever they meet next year. What will he say if he loses to the PACMAN: He lost because he was given the rematch when he was already old and washed-up??? He wont even stand a chance against Cotto and Hatton!
Now, he's asking for another match but at his terms, hahaha! He wants to fight at his choice of weight: at 140-144! They've met before already and Pacquiao did not grow taller nor grow longer reach... what is wrong in fighting at 147 since Pacquiao is already there and he is the challenger? So, now, he is already looking an easy excuse if the fight goes thru and HE LOSES! I wont be surprised if he will again say he won even if the judges say he LOST!
