Basically. And he doesn't even have to engage. One counter hook will have Floyd in plenty of trouble.

Wanna bet all your points on it? The only realistic fight that i think Floyd would take if the mega fight doesn't happen is a fight against Berto or Cotto.

Floyd will be more inclined to fight Pac rather than fight Sergio.

Stop with this..sergio knocked out pwill yes but vie watched a lot of pwill fights and it was gonna happen to him sooner or later..Martinez is am good fighter but not a complete boxer..he fights with his hands down n counter punches but he doesn't have a good guard and if he tries to sit back and box with someone like Floyd he'll eat jabs to the stomach and straight rights until it's the 8th round and he needs a knockout, than he'll turn into a bull and we all know what happens then. Floyd is a bad match for sergio his style is an incomplete replica of American boxing. If he had an American trainer he'd do better because we focus more on parrying counter punching over eating it with your head.
