That's ******ed, he didn't even weigh in at 147 against Margarito, and that was at a 150 catch weight. Pac could easily make 140 which would even out the fight a bit more as 147 would be a lot for Marquez to make.

If Manny was a legitimate P4P champion, he would defend his title vs Martinez at 154, he would fight Marquez at 140, and he would not have demanded a catch-weight for either the Cotto fight or the Margarito fight.

Why would a P4P fighter ever demand a catch-weight? That is an oxymoron!!

Even 140 is clearly too much for Marquez, and Manny could easily make JWW.

i agree but i dont belive its a mis match at anyweight because marquez just has the perfect style to beat pac....i think marquez won both fights he won the second fight more than the first but the issue with that fight was becuz manny was a more popular name they gave him the win....and freddie roach is an idiot!he alone makes me want to see manny hurt!sorry guys but dont like freddie hes really on my last nerve.Marquez Katsidis is gonna be a war...which will take more out of marquez that is why roch wants the fight so bad....Marquez is a battle worn Lion...but even Lions fall when they get old.

i don't really get the difference b/n 140 and 147 when JMM can come in at the same weight maybe at 138 lbs+... only thing i see here is that some would like PAC to not come in at 144 lbs or to at least make him work himself down to 140 lbs w/c i honestly feel aint going to matter that much

and some people should stop calling PAC an 8 div champ if those same people dont want him to defend his belt against Martinez at 154... you simply cant have it both ways
