His "win" over Cintron was a side show. He is 2-2 in world title fights and only won those two world title fights in one weight class, the last being TWO YEARS AGO. He's never successfully defended a world title and is now two years removed being a world champion, and was just knocked out cold against a guy he narrowly beat before, who he dragged up a weight class initially, then wanted a catchweight for the second time around. Cotto deserves to be on the p4p list more. He needs to earn his way back.

He belongs below Martinez. But until something happens to say otherwise, he should still be on it

Williams is an overrated bum. He should have 4 losses.

I would not have put him on the list in the first place, but since he was, I don't think he should be removed for losing this one fight.

In my mind he does (definetly not <#5 though).

Partly due to the fact that Williams is avoided and doesn't duck opponents. Imagine if he had the fan base to pick and choose his fights like some other top P4Pers, his record would be very different.

                    P4P i put him somewhere 10-20.

No and he never really did to be honest.

Its more indicative of the dearth of great talent around today that someone like Williams could make the P4P lists.
