He was #3 and lost to the #4 ranked fighter in the world who he already has a victory over. Resume still includes wins over Quintana, Margarito, Wright, Phillips, Martinez, and Cintron. After Cotto and Margarito were KO'd they were not dropped completely from the list. Can we honestly say there are 10 fighters in the world more talented with better resumes?

yep he's still there, only lower this time because he lost. also, floyd should be beside him in the rank. that makes pac and sergio 1a and 1b whichever it is.
