So, it could be a situation where Pac keeps coming and leaves himself wide open to be stopped in the later rounds. When people discuss Mayweather-Pacquaio, they often talk about Money's D against Pac's O. And just like in any sport, when two guy's stregnths are directly against each other, they usually cancel themslves out. Money wouldn't eb able to outright shut Pac's offesne down. And likewise, Pac won't be able to just completely overwhelm Money's D. I think the fight would come down to their weaknesses. And IMO, Pac's D is a lot weaker than Money's O. And that's why Pac will lose the fight.
I agree with pretty much everything you said but Floyd has weaknesses too. His biggest one is the fact that he fights one or two punches at a time and it's dangerous to do that against a volume puncher like Pac. Even if he misses most of his shots you know a lot of judges would give him the benefit of the doubt in close rounds just because of his workrate. I think Floyd wins by a 2 or 3 points margin.

All of Mayweather's opponents have a significantly lower than normal punch output against him. That's not by accident. You can probably count on one hand the times you've seen Money hit with more than a single shot at a time. Pac won't be able to just go to town with those five and six punch combos because of Mayweather's counterpnching ability. Pac will try, but one he gets the hell knocked outta him, that **** will cease.

Only to a person that doesn't know boxing. Nobody is gonna come in the ring just throwing shots at a quick, very accurate counter puncher like PBF which is why a fighter's volume always goes down against him. You would get countered to death and definitely run into something you didn't see coming. Of course volume punching works against a stationary target but do yourself a favor. Stop thinking a fighter will or can do that against a guy like PBF.

why sergio make insult on manny.

why nobody respect that manny beat on cotto and margrito after they get knockout? why nobody give manny respect on catchweight title?

So are we saying the best fighter in the world is the one with the best defense and not the best resume overall?

Pac is the better fighter because he has beaten the better people and knocked them out in the process. Nothing to argue at all.

Martinez first picked Mayweather, then went with Pacquiao after the Margarito fight, and now he's picking Mayweather again.

It kinda seems like he's politicking to me, but I think he favors Mayweather in that fight.

I agree; I've said before I think Mayweather will box Pac's ears off. But I think Mayweather himself doesn't think he can beat Pacquiao, or he would have fought him by now

It does actually. Judges take it into account. The other one's Ring Generalship, Effective Aggressiveness, and Clean Punching. They are not going to score ineffective agression if the guy is missing punches while the other is landing many clean punches, and not getting hit back.

is this suppose to be shocking??? most Boxers and "So Called Experts" pick Mayweather when asked the question, the trash talking and the bashing from the experts to try and get Mayweather to take the bait and go fight...as much as people hate Mayweather deep down I don't think nobody is IGNORANT enough to deny his skills...but then again on this board...lol
