It's like I've been saying, Martinez (not to mention Mayweather/Mosley when he was #1 WW) is exposing the "selecting"/"cherry picking" Arum, Roach and Pac are doing, have been doing and continue to be doing as it seems.

It's one of the (many) reasons Mayweather isn't liked by those fanboys. It's also why they don't like Mosley. Pac turned Mosley down from 141-147. So Mayweather fights him and then they called Mosley "shot", but forget that Pac turned Mosley down because he was "too good" as the #1 WW. So Mosley called Pac "scared" yet Mosley's the coward right?

Pacquiao has no business being considered WORLD CHAMPION at a weight he cannot make.

It was realized after weigh in that Manny only belongs no more than the welterweight, but it happened the show must go on a welterweight vs a super middleweight...A welterweight wins brutally!!! It doesn't mean he can't fight at that weight again, you will take away his accomplishment...

exactly! but everyone wants to ignore this, he has the title but fighting in the division against the best there is out of the question due to size all of a sudden but marg came in at about 167 vs pac there was nooooo issue there but the thought of someone the same size (or a little bigger) that can actually move that is actually winning and looking good is out of the question and weight is the issue mind u the marg fight wasnt even competitive... 8 divisions 8 titles my ass.. yes the guy is good but this is BS

regarding Manny's career as of recent is coming to light. Getting
much too hard to defend him anymore for the Pac fans. I think
Martinez dominate win and calling out of Pac exposed him for
sure now. Arum making excuses about Pac being hurt, Roach
and Ariza not even mentioning Martinez. Pac is the ultimate
cherry picker. Catchweight fights with defeated and damge
fighters. Of course Manny is looking good against them guys
because none of them were technical fighters. The last technical
guy Manny fought (JMM) still shadows Manny wins over him.
Now I am sure that after Juan Manuel Marquez, Arum and Roach
took the safe route and just set Manny up like the dating game.

or maybe, just maybe they wanted to test out how they feel against a bigger guy in marg and see how they would do against somebody that size.

And, maybe just maybe they felt uncomfortable in the ring against somebody that size. That made them decide that no we're too small to be fighting against somebody this size and this weight.

Pac was hit hard in that fight, he even admitted that he was hurt after that fight. He had to cancel appearances because he was still in pain couple of days later after that fight.

So could it be it, that they tried to see how the feel and didn't like and took there small ass back to ww? Is that at all possible?

why are people saying 160 and it be too big. martinez is saying he drop down to 154 and fight for the title that manny jsut won at 150(since 154 is the official weight limit) and he will also defend his wbc middleweight title the same time. without anyone having to go up to 160. whats so hard to understand. if manny is too small for 154 why does he have a belt and get credit for it? oh yeah anything manny does is ok. even though he beat a big slow punching bag that wasnt even ranked in the divison for the title. cherry picking hand picked whatever you want to call it i call bull****.

Your right, BUT how is that different than his "selections" of late? Anyway I would accept Pac vs JMM AT or below. Maybe bust out with a demand that you can't weigh OVER 140 fight night clause.... lol Thats not cheap right?

That assuming Mayweather never came back to boxing or that Pac never fully agreed to Mayweather's random and unlimited OST demand (like he said he agreed to yet still no proof of it)

then if....
Martinez at 154 didn't happen
Berto at 147 didn't happen
Kirkland at 147 (after a tune up) didn't happen
Bradley/Alexander at 140-147 didn't happen
Assuming Pac couldn't or didn't get those fights made and was willing to drop down to 140 or below I would be game for JMM.

Still at that point, Pac beats JMM, I wonder if Pac thinks so.
