I'd say Pacquiao's welterweight resume is far more impressive.

different punches actually. pac's is more of a left hook. he doesn't turn over his punch either. s-mart's is more of a bolo-overhand left. s-mart turned over his punch. technically, pac's punch is thrown better and he has better defense, note his hands are always in position to defend and he ducks possible counterpunches. s-mart's hands are down and his only defense is head movement. still, both KTFO are equally mesmerizing. could watch this ***** all day.
