Damn man I thought Williams was going to learn from his first fight and fought a smarter fight and got an easier win this time around... I guess he really came to knock the guy out early like he did with Quintana the second time around and he got caught with a good shot
It also seemed that out of the two, Martinez had studied his opponents mistake from the first fight better. Williams was doing the same mistakes as he did in the first fight, going in and leaving himself vulnerable for a counter left.
Props to Williams and Martinez both. I hope we get to see a third fight. I wasn't disappointed that Williams lost but I'm disappointed that we were robbed of a great 12 round war.
I honestly didn't want to see a loser that night cause I liked both guys. They're both great warriors who come to fight

Dude got too careless. Way too careless.
Have you seen the repeat? When you do you will see Serge landing everything and Williams landing nothing. The complete opposite of whatever fight you were watching.

I think a lot of the laughing has to do with you to be honest. No offense.
since the first fight against Martinez I've slowly been becoming a Williams fan, he came out swinging wanting to have another war (as a fan I can't complain about that at all) he just lost to the better man (no shame in that)

Martinez timed him with a perfect punch and that was that
im just amazed that a few weeks ago Martinez weighed in at 176 or something he cut the wieight brilliantly
Williams was in shape too early it appears now looking back at it

BTW, don't know if anyone's mentioned it here yet but Dwyer predicted almost exactly this result in his latest video on GA.com. The vast amount of weight Sergio had to lose made it more likely for him to want to end things early and prevent the fight going into the later rounds. Once more, **** on the money. Damn, that guy's good.

Martinez got robbed the first fight so I don't feel bad for Pwill. I feel good for Martinez cause there is no way he can be dealt injustice by the judges after that deadly left counter. Oh and Paul: You got knocked the **** OUT! Hahahahahahahaha

I predicted something like this would happen, just not this soon. I knew that one of these days Paul's fighting style would catch up with him: Throwing so many punches, getting hit with a lot of hard punches but especially the weight jumping. I said that one day out of nowhere it would catch up with him and he'd get knocked out badly.
He might have burned out already.
