uhh i cant stand watching this guy
its like his body does the exact opposite of what his brain tells it to do
or maybe his cornerman is dyslexic
"alright move in with an uppercut then jab on the inside"Comment

That's Tye's telekinetic wave field indicating his image is not yet ready to be transmitted to the web. When you kinesthetically receive the sign then you can move forward.
His handlers must have a good laugh just being in his presence.

that is a good point...he throws his uppercut from such a long way away.he does the same with his body shots.he can be hit fairly easily.i like him though because he lives in edmonton.he usually can attract a crowd here & when promoting he does a good job of setting up the cards.he's well connected & if he gets a shot at the canadian champ neven pajkic it will be the most important heavyweight fight in canada in years.he wins the title some big fights could happen here in edmonton.hennessey sports has showcased darrin barker here & recently along with tyson fury was ringside for pajkic's last fight.the commonwealth title includes canadians & aussies so maybe some solid international fights can be made here in my home town...Comment

wheres those guys who think a decent basketball player could come into boxing and dominate "with size and athleticism alone"
tye was a 6'8" 275 pound starting forward at san diego but im pretty sure hed trade that all for some amateur experience, i don't think he can fix all his bad habits this lateComment

agreed but he does have 46 pro fights now.although mostly vs tomato cans i must add.i said before when he had his first fight here in edmonton he was a trim 255.he worked on his speed & his footwork had improved.he fought the tough durable nicolai firtha.he cut the ring off so well & kept his hands up.he never threw those awkward winging hayemakers & his jab was stiff & he wasnt pawing with it.he scored a nice 6 rd knockout.that was the best he ever looked physically & technically...but he has put 20lbs back on & has fought 2 cans the last 13 months & has fallen back into his old habits.hes 35 & is what he is.i just want good fights in edmonton & there are some good domestic fights to be made here & canadawide.as i said before he has connections so some good international fights could happen here if he beats pajkic for the title.wheres those guys who think a decent basketball player could come into boxing and dominate "with size and athleticism alone"

you are entitled to your opinion but i don't think so...we have a couple top 50 guys in the WORLD & some nice domestic fights can be seen.fields isn't a world beater but id rather have him fighting here instead of no one.fields has brought some good jm fighters to edmonton the last 18 months.nicolai firtha, jason gavern, cisse salif.unfortunately sheldon hinton had his fights with monte barrett(got offer on 4 days notice for a showtime date vs solis)& zack page cancelled.these 2 guys may be in fights soon with the likes of kielsa, olubawalu, stiverne & maybe neven pajkic.with guys like tyson fury & hennessey sports floating around canada lately it is obviously getting better.we may not get world title fights but some decent fights are being made amongst journeyman.i know if they are not top 10 or 15 you are not interested but i watch all heavyweights & follow the tough journeyman too,not just undefeated european boxers.1 or 2 losses & it seems 99% of this site thinks a guy sucks then...its a shame..i am a true boxing fan.i support world & domestic levelComment
