My opinion is that, he beats Pacquaio by UD possibly,

I'd have him losing to Mayweather though, Close UD.

Depended on how he chose to fight.
if Whitaker held his hands down he would get KO'd by manny, and counter punched to death by Mayweather.

If he brought his a-game..he'd outclass manny for a safe victory, and lose to Mayweather possibly with a 8-4 round split

Pernell whitakers style, is what made me like Mayweather so much..
But Floyd is definitely the better defensive fighter

I think Pea's defense and countering would really reduce Floyd's output and restrict him to operating mostly on the defensive. I don't see it being an action fight by any means.

Pernel has a chance against Pac at 135, earlier in pacs career. Offensively and all round ability and know how at 140+ Pac beats Pernell. the Pac we've seen for his last 6 fights or so, dont deserve to lose to pernell in a fantasy fight even.
Pernell has a better chance against floyd, because of his own defense and countering abilities.
