Mosley without his PEDs, being almost 1.5 years older than his previous fight, old, being inactive, 2 straight training camps and his last win was against someone more suitable for his aging body ...... that is why it was just a perception of some ........ but with the above disadvantages for Mosley, Floyd knew that the odds were in his favor, big time.

Well I guess Mosley might be a little better against Manny. At least he'll get to use PEDs.

I already gave you my answer in the previous thread BUT Manny choosing Mosley has nothing to do with Floyd beating him. Manny's options are rather limited when you add "making money" into the equation ..... still, talking as a boxing fan, I would hope he fights someone else.

Nobody supported Mayweather JMM..... yet even the fact that it was disgraceful Floyd still technically schooled the #3 P4P man that made Pac look like a little bytch boy. TRUTH. You are incorrect.... about Marquez vs Floyd

There were plenty of EXCUSES by Floyd fans. Here are some:

- It was OK because Floyd deserves, as he put it after the fight, a tune-up fight.
Then why didn't Floyd fans realize this about Mosley (long inactivity) when he fought Floyd? Why couldn't he pick someone his own size as his tune-up fight? Why did he have to pick someone to make the odds so much in his favor? Talk about such low standards?

- It's OK to have a catch-weight fight against Marquez because it was a non-title fight.
Shitty excuse my Floyd friends when you need to get a guy who was just 2 fights away from 130 days.

- It's OK that Floyd fought at a higher than the agreed catch-weight against Marquez because they met and Marquez agreed to the money.
Honestly, do you believe it was OK? Honestly, would a Floyd fan have accepted that from Manny?

- Marquez was on a winning streak. He KOed Diaz and Casamayor and had a close one with Manny.
Again, what divisions were they in? Also, as impressive as his win was over Diaz, Diaz had many moments in the fight.

- He fought a #3 P4P and disposed of him.
Marquez became #3 or 4 P4P because of what he did at 126, 130 and 135. NOT at 147. If you think otherwise then why doesn't Floyd fight Martinez or Williams at 160lbs? Or if Klitchko becomes #8 P4P, why not fight him?

- Floyd fought Marquez because Marquez called him out.
Not a good reason. Williams, Manny, Margo and others had also called him out. He has yet to fight them.

- He fought the guy who Manny had problems with. That's a good reason.
Manny fought Marquez at Marquez's best weight and Marquez was also younger.


Same with Floyd against Mosley. Only now that they mention a fight with Manny do you consider him OLD and SHOT. Can I ask, where were you when people like me said that Floyd beat up an OLD, gassed out, Non-PEDs, inactive fighter who looked even worse against Mora? You like other Floyd fans were defending Floyd and calling it the best defeat of Floyd since slice-bread was invented!
