  • the thing i still struggle to comprehend is some of you young kids just cant like both fighters. it has to be one or the other, there is just no room for both of them in your little minds.

i dont disgaree mayweather shows some signs that arent good, but then i would also like to see pac take OST because if he is clean it puts so much pressure on mayweather. i like both fighters. i think mayweather is the better boxer by a mile and could box the ears off pac, but also see that pacman has the heart of a warrior and could knock mayweather out just as easily.

when you get a little bit older young grasshopper, you mind will open up and be able to consider more then just one thing. until then, carry on as you will.

Whoever you are, you have made the most sense of this whole thing. There are way too many armchair boxers on this thread.

Marquez is useless if it isn't at 140 at the heaviest. The integrity of that series needs to be preserved for history. A third fight at 147 would be degrading.

Pacquiao should go after the Martinez-Williams winner, but I suppose Mosley would be watchable fare.[/QUOTE]
That's the attitude that we give Pac but certainty not for Mayweather. We cant agree to a "watchable fare"... when it comes to Mayweather. No, we want to see him lose and see him get beat and he MUST always, always, always FIGHT the BEST or whoever we want, when we want it, how we want it or ELSE he's a "coward".

Yet for Pac it's well I guess sooo...... that will work I guess.... another top rank in house guy again..... I guess so. At least it will be "exciting"? What, the guys not the best? O well it will be exciting? What, its at a "catchweight" (again)? O well it will be "exciting"....... What he's still not wanting to fight the best? O well it will be "exciting" and man the guys going to get a beating (again)?

      Double standards my dude....

I would love to see Pac (if not Mayweather) to fight Martinez vs Pwill (winner), Berto, Bradley vs Alexander (winner), Kirkland (after a tune up) then maybe at the last resort look at fighting Mosley AT 147, or JMM @ 140.

I bet the first few names on the list wouldn't have people asking any questions but who would be the favorite.... not comments like I wonder how bad this guy will get beat? Even if the latter part of the list is weak and never have a chance..... well neither did his last two fights. What would be the big deal? It falls right in the trend of things.

I would accept for Pac to fight Mora before he fought Mosley, who according to Floyd's haters is shot, dead, slow, washed up etc etc.... some even went as far to say that Floyd didn't win the fight and that it was all Mosley and Floyd had nothing at all to do with it.. Those same people probably bet that Mosley would easily beat Floyd and that he would KO him. Not to mention the people that bet Floyd would never step in the ring with him (like Pac from 141-147) and that Floyd was scared to death of him (just as "THEY" claim about Pac... see the trend? Its always the same thing every time Floyd fights. Just different haters saying it like if they came up with it all by themselves...

Anyway I wasnt hating on what you were saying. Just that us fans need to use the same eyes when looking at BOTH Floyd and Pac.....

      • Pacquiao vs Berto is a good fight to be made, no one cares about Pacquiao vs Mosley. I sure hope they don't throw another fight down our throat that no one wants. I still didn't want Pacquiao vs Margarito to happen even if it did, I knew Pac would win in dominate fashion against a punching-bag.

Somebody better tell Arum to suck it up and that he'll have to actually deal with Golden Boy then........

Or will he wait until Mayweather loses all ties with Golden Boy like he did with Mosley?

Or was Mosley "too good" and too much of a threat to Pac and the fact that he was under Goldenboy had nothing to do with it?

So was what Roach said true? "Pac wouldn't be ready for a fighter like Mayweather in March" and the fight didn't happen the first time, and when he said Mosley was "too good" for Pac from 141-147 and the fight didn't happen?

Did Pac "duck" Mosley and Mayweather because one was "too good" and the other "too great"?

            or

Does Arum not like dealing with Golden Boy (who Mayweather deals with) and BOTH fights haven't been made????

Somebody better tell Arum that he needs to get over dealing in house fights. We all know the Hoya and Hatton fights almost went to shyt..... and people wonder why the Mayweather (the guy that fired Arum to make millions of dollars WITH OUT HIM) fight hasn't happened yet.....

            • When I said this I was called racist

This is so laughable. I think Arum read my post...you can't get Pac ready for the best if you haven't fought anyone who fights with his style. Pac will lose against any top winning African American (not Mosley) boxer. He had trouble with Marquez in both fights, so the formula of a slick boxer will easily beat him.

                • Why does Pac team always list other fights right after he finish a fight thats not Mayweather. His team is ducking.... keep it real

Roach doesn't like what he sees and he's not ready yet

Mosley looked awful before the Margarito fight.
