    What style beats Mayweather Jr?

There is a style that makes every fighter fold no matter how good you are. We've already seen the style that Pacquiao finds hard to beat - Counter puncher, with quick hands (Marquez).

However, what is the style to beat Mayweather?

yeah key words are technical and pressure. because Mayweather's key strength is his boxing brain, he finds an answer to your style and the opponent needs to keep adapting too to pressure Mayweather accurately.

No style will beat Floyd Mayweather, according to most of his followers. Every single one of them is made for him! That is why he is unbeaten! Now, if only enough people will convince him this, we might, just might get the fight we have been hoping for.

Floyd, there is no style who could beat you. So it is safe to fight Manny! Take it from us. LOL!

Paul Wlliams springs to mind! However, I think he may get picked apart.

Obviously there's a couple styles that beat Pac since it's been done 3 times......With Mayweather we really don't know since it hasn't been done....My guess is to look at who Mayweather hasn't fought and probably should have and guess from that. Although that in itself is probably still not enough cuz the boy can adjust and is a general in the ring.

tall fighters who use their reach and jab give speedy boxers the most trouble. hearns did it SRL, forrest did it shane, tarver did it to RJ. the tall fighter has to be very skilled and have a great jab.

but there is no one like that out there right now. if forrest were still alive, he would give floyd nightmares cuz of his style

A fast southpaw with high volume punching, good stamina... pretty much Manny Pacquiao... that's why the fight is so intriguing because I also see the opposite of who would beat Manny Pacquiao - a fast smart slick boxer/counter puncher, that can adjust and give you different angles throughout the fight

I don't know if its a style that beats floyd as much as a mindset. He could lose to any fighter or style if the opponent is disciplined enough to stay with the gameplan and work the body for 12 rds.

Shane,Zab, Cho Chop, ODH, Hatton, and Castillo all fought differently and had success early on. Then when floyd mounted his offense none of them, for one reason or another, stuck with their gameplan.

Manny's style, particulalry from a southpaw stance, if he concentrated on bodywork, could be very successful against floyd. But could he stick with it while repeatedly getting hit with accurate counter punches?

Guru and Ekscape good points. Totally different styles that both could be highly effective against floyd.
