Shane has always blown hot & cold throughout his career but I've learned that you can never write him off, it depends on which Mosley shows up on the night, even after the Mayweather & Mora fights, they were just 2 bad styles for Shane. Ariza doesn't know anything about boxing cos if he did he would be giving Shane his due credit. Anyone could easily say that Cotto quit after 4 or 5 rds & starting back paddling or that Clottey basically quit since the 1st rd but they don't. I also have to say that Marquez is definitely one of my favourite fighters in the last 10 years which is why I really don't want to see a third Pacquiao fight cos I know for a fact that Pac would destroy Marquez now at welterweight. Marquez isn't lying down for anybody but i honestly can see the him getting stopped in 2 or 3 rds. At that weight Marquez is slow, bloated and will be 38 years old & been in some tough fights & i also believe Floyd could have stopped him if he really wanted to. This is why it's annoying me about Roach & Ariza cos they know Marquez is an easier fight than Mosley cos Marquez will be slow and not carry his power up not to mention I don't think his chin will stand up to Pacquiao's punches now at this stage of his career but in Mosley he still has some speed (unlike Manny's last few opponents & he has real power if he connects). I love Marquez & it pains me to say it cos i wouldn't admit it for a while but I don't even think Marquez would beat Khan at 140 & Roach knows that too. Shane is getting older yes but he still caught one of the best defensive fighters in the world (Mayweather) with his shots and hurt him, with 10oz grants so he's definitely going to catch Pacquiao & with 8oz reyes he'll do some damage. Some ppl wrote Hopkins off after the Calzaghe fight saying he was too old to beat Pavlik but he shocked all the doubters so back to my point, trust me you can never write Shane Mosley off and Shane will be more competitive for Manny than Marquez for certain.

And I feel exactly the same way about Marquez.
Ariza is an idiot, and should not be taken too seriously.

From past actions and reading betweenthe lines from the statements being released by Pac's camp, the master plan seems to be to ultimately fight Mosley or JMM after going into PR overdrive about how Money is ducking Pac. My guess is they'll soon announce the date of Pac's next fight, start some "negotiations" with Money, agree to some terms that they know won't be accepted, give Money a deadline to accept that he'll let pass, then have a midnight press conference talking about what a coward Money is and that they'll be fighting Mosley. Of course, Mosley looked like crap against Mora. The only way JMM could move ahead of Mosley to become Pac's next opponent is lose to Katsidis next weekend. You know Team Pacquaio loves fighting guys coming off loses.
Marquez at 147?! lmao. Not only has he just been beaten by Floyd and he can be further damaged in his next fight but they want him at 147! lmao.
I still believe Manny's next fight will be against JCC Jr. he's the only in house fight they have left that would be a safe bet with good NEW promotion for that could do good numbers.
They won't fight Mosely wit hthe possiblity of him juicing and getting away with it being team Pac is satisfied with current testing that Mosely's already beaten before. That and his power plus his future HOF skills even though on the decline could spell the end of the big money they are making off Pac's name.
