Cant wait for that fight!!!! Thoughts?
yep cause Cotto is going to in with the same strategy he came in when they fought. I think the cheater will get handle this time with Steward in Cotto's corner. Once the left hooks from cotto start landing at will on cheaters face he will have flashbacks from the beating manny gave him and who knows he might even quit. The day that happens i'm going to come in here fucc with all you rejects even if i get banned.

So, if Tony landed nothing of importance, how come Pacquiao was visibly hurt to the body in the 6th? How come Pacquiao was hit with uppercuts and straight rights which he ****** up throughout the first ⅔ of the fight? How come Pacquiao is cancelling public appearances to have his injuries tended to?

Margarito was certainly more competetive than Cotto was. And that's just something you'll have to deal with.

You're in a dream world brought on by hero-worship. Incapable of seeing things as they really are.
LOL, at lot of observers. Name one person of any importance that thought Cheato took a couple of rounds.

******, don't you know how to read I said he landed little punches of any importance.

LOL at least Cotto won 1 round and up to the fourth round it looked like a competitive fight. Cheato was getting his ass handed from the begining.

Kind of ironic coming from a ****** that actually thinks Cheato was competitive and won a couple of rounds. LOL, Real nail biter it could have gone either way.

"Of importance"? What kind of foolishness is this? In many fights where two men trade blows, one man's punches will prove the more meaningful over the duration. You make no valid point. Tony landed a lot of meaningful punches, just not meaningful enough.

Margarito's first couple rounds were decent, even as the speed differential was apparent, so the "getting his ass handed to him frrom the beginning line" is a fallacy. A tone for the fight was set, but it wasn't uncompetetive from the start at all.

Who thought he won a couple rounds? How about numerous press observers? Jim Watt, for one, IIRC. You need a roll-call of everyone who thought Tony took 1 or 2 rounds now?

I gave Cotto 2 rounds, FWIW.

But what "important blows" did Cotto land that made him competetive for 4 rounds in your estimation? I think he was competetive for four or 5 rounds, too, but he didn't land anything "important" by your definition, so therefore he can't have been competetive by your definition.

Margarito stayed with Pacquiao, even hurt him, and punched with him for a much longer duration.

You evidently don't appreciate what you're watching. Or you just hate Tony so much and are so irrational that you can't give him the credit he's due.

Ok 1st off Margarito proved on Saturday he WAS the fighter he always was not IS that fighter because after what Manny Pac did to him who knows what he has left.
Cotto i beleive was cheated out of a win with plaster wraps - thats my take and thats that.
Even in that fight tho he was doing great, if he hadnt suffered the nose injury that made it hard to breathe he woulda went the distance in a fight he wasnt to far behind on the cards in. He fought dumb too and now has a better trainer and will have a better game plan, he can adjust Margarito cannot.

              Cotto will stop this guy

lmao!!! your a fool if u think margarito will quit. cotto should have won the fight but he couldnt take the punishment and pressure that tony brought. unlike pac who was prepared for the pressure. if anyone will quit, it will be cotto again. sorry.

                    LOL, who said that?

Cotto would never be able to make Tony quit.

8 rounds of Mosley bombs couldn't do it. 10 rounds of abuse from Pacquiao couldn't do it.

Cotto just doesn't have the guns.
