its a legit question if you are putting Manny to the same question.

That is a good question, Augustus? Corley has a funky style. Zab tries to be slick, JMM is fairly slick although more to do with timing and position than speed and I would say Mosley tries to be slick.

It is a great counter question though because Floyd being the defensive guy who even at the lowest levels was very well backed so he would never be put against such a guy just on the reasoning no one would want to watch that.

Slick guys are also generally kind of scarce be it for whatever reason currently as I would be hard pressed to name slick guys he could have reasonably fought aside from Casamayor.

pacquiao is a good fighter but he is no floyd mayweather. Floyd has been doing this for years without titlefight catchweights or weight stipulations or any other bs to **** history
you're seriously underrated pacquiao's resume. that's your opinion and you're entitled to it but it doesn't make you come off as being knowledgable.

Starting with the "racial" U stream rant from Mayweather, it's been mostly downhill for him in the press.
Well he is going to be fine but the whole thing is as people see Floyd now his career has more than one black mark (fair or unfair) so what does this extra big black mark bring him down, I don't know. Boxing is very much what have you done for me lately so he could still attempt turn it around if that is in his head (with or without Manny).

With Manny his career is generally viewed as sterling (fair or unfair) that one black mark would look pretty bad on an otherwise sterling resume. To me that might be worse because that would always be what came up as the negative of his career.

has pacquiao ever fought morales after a win?

Did pacquiao fight the man at 135, 147, or 154?

Has pacquiao even fought at 154?

I want him to list me all these slick defensive counter punchers from Floyd's era that had a chance to beat him.

                  Yeah, I'll wait...

The reason they didn't consider that May-Mosley was for the lineal title was that at that time, they had Pac ranked #1 at Welterweight. You can disagree, but it was a rational decision. I don't see how you can say it's wrong, as opposed to being a matter of opinion. It's not at all comparable with the other issues you mentioned, which were not simply matters of opinion, they were simply wrong. In this case, it's all down to whether Pac deserved to be ranked #1 at that time, and that's just a matter of opinion.

                      That's bull****.

Mosley was clearly the better WW and had done more in the division to deserve to be the #1 WW at the time. The majority of fans here at the time considered him the 3rd best p4p fighter in the world, super champ, and best WW in the world.
