That is really light 144.5, he better have a good stick and move plan cause the weight difference is going to be huge at fight night

No he can not come in at any weight he wants.

You're acting like if he force fighters to come to certain weight limit while he can come in over that limit.

there are no weight MINIMUMS you idiot
          Why you tryna spin it?

Your Hero is "moving up to another weight divison" to break another record!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yet he is weighing less then what he did for his last fight with Clottey at 147?

So know instead of "making history and MOVING UP" he weights in LESS then what he did in his last fight in a lower divison.

Spin it how you want, 10lbs under for a title is a disgrace.

            weight LIMIT not weight MINIMUM.
Exactly, poster and his supporters are ****ing ******s that know jack about the sport. Their is no minimum weight, only maximum....So long as the commission deems that it is reasonably safe to fight that is, and is a decently evenly matched shot...a featherweight would have a hard time going for the Heavyweight Crown XD

I see no problem here however, if that is the weight Pacquiao feels best at he can do it legally. Genetically people can only get so big, steroids or no.

Basically if you are *****ing about these weights just like that, you sir are a freaking moron and need to GTFO this sport.

The dude has a point, this isnt a video game, people's life is at stake. Theres a weight class for a reason, and that is to prevent missmatch like this to happen, to mitigate the risk of having the little guy battered that shiet out him during the fight night.

I just hope the boxing committee should reconsider their rules and regulation, this might be the fight that will do it- if pacquiao gets battered to a pulp.

And while Pacquiao hasn't been outed as a cheater (yet) doing stuff like making weights up as you go is b.s. I'm not knocking the man and his accomplishments in-ring, but to say that this fight should be for a 154lbs title is nothing short of a joke.
The fighters make the title, titles don't make fighters. If the alphabet organizations themselves played by their own rules then perhaps people would have more respect for the titles. As of now, they're just used to add more prestige to superfights such as Margarito vs Pacquiao. The fight would take place regardless of the titles or not, but the title organizations want to get in on the action.

SRR weigh under the MW limit for the LHW title.

Roy Jones weigh under the CW limit for the HW title.

No catch-weights but under the limit of the weight-class below it. That is what PB32 is complaining about that he came in at 144. Which how is that a disgrace?

Now if you talking about the catch-weight then fine. But, weighing in at 144 is a 150 catch-weight is a disgrace how so?
It seems that you're understanding the problem of catchweights. The reason his weight of 144 is a problem to me BECAUSE IT'S A CONCRETE EXAMPLE OF HOW FALSE OF AN ACHIEVEMENT THIS 8TH TITLE WILL BE TOMMOROW. He's practically a jr. welter winning a jr. middleweight title. If he can't make JR. MIDDLEWEIGHT, why the hell are they putting a JR. MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLE ON THE LINE?

Holy cow turds Batman! He is moving up a DIVISION, not weight...has nothing to do with weight. He wants to fight the bigger men and win more belts, more power to him and any other fighter able to do so, it is a show of awesome athleticism...Period. **** you guys are just insane....
