if you knew about the forrest-baldomir , mayorga-picirrillo vacant title fights , you wouldn't be so surprised about why this is for a vacant belt.
you can consider him a fake champion. that's on you. i don't consider him a 154 champ after this.
in the end though it doesn't matter. numbers and stats and titles are just frosting on the cake. in the end history judges these fighters by their greatest opponents and greatest fights.
not by trinkets or what they weighed in at.

pacquiao is a bitch.
Why don't we just get rid of all the weight divisions and make it like UFC 1 where there was weight classes. A 160lb kickboxer could fight a 300 sumo wrestler if he wanted to.
Why are you guys missing the point.
I am not calling Pac a ***** for fighting bigger guys. Hell he could fight the Klits if he wanted to and my point would still stand.
The people who can't see eye to eye on this matter are just simply ****ing oblivious.

He should take a page out of the Mayweather book and refuse to pay for these bogus titles.
Also, I don't think this will be a very good win for him at all. Margarito hasn't looked impressive in over two years, during a time in which he was considered to have cheated against his opponents. Not only that, but he's weight-draining his opponent again. First with Cotto, now with Margarito. Why can't he just fight at the division's limit like everyone else?

if he thinks he's a champion at 154 then that's his opinion.
not mine.
i think you just have a problem with pacquiao and not really the fact that he weighs in at 144. that's on you. whine away.
i just want to see a good fight.
