it's hard to do partial lists because you don't want to add someone on one side that is on the level of someone you left out on the other side and vice versa.
i know delahoya has a great resume but he has the advantage that all his opponents are relatively fresh in the memory and fought recently enough that most people here know/remember them.Comment

they're bigger names because we remember them more since they're more recent.
benitez for example. most guys wouldn't consider a big name now but the guy was a champion at 17.
