DLH should get credit for taking on all the best of his generation. With the exception of Margarito, Oscar didn't duck anyone. But the OP's claim is b.s. for many reasons that other posters have already detailed.

As far as HOF'ers/all time greats go (last 40 years or so)...

Ali- Liston (2x), Frazier (3x), Foreman, Shavers, etc and even Holmes when he had no business in a boxing ring.

Duran and others like Leonard, Hearns, etc made the 80s a second golden age of boxing because they took on all comers with no bull**** ducking and excuses.

Lost competitive fight against Floyd, could argue he deserved the victories against Tito and the Mosley rematch, was undersized against Bhop and old against Manny. Just to fair, you couldnt find a journeyman who fought that comp and looked that good doing it.
Not saying I agree with the TS, btw.

Good posts guys I am wrong the title should be Oscar has fought the best competition I have seen in my time being a hardcore boxing fan and although he lost he stepped up to the plate and fought everyone something I hoping I can say about Mayweather years from now.
