I think the Kilt brothers have been feeding on the weakest opponents.
David Haye talks about "slave contracts" to cover up his cowardice!

True.
Here's an example from Dan Iole:
To make Haye, he needs more courage
Haye is all too quick to run his mouth and call out the world’s two finest heavyweights, World Boxing Council champion Vitali Klitschko and his younger brother, International Boxing Federation/World Boxing Organization champion Wladimir Klitschko, but he’s yet to be man enough to step into the ring with one of them.Last edited by The Hammer; 11-10-2010, 11:48 AM.Comment

Yes he actually said that. He said the Klitschko's havent had a defining fight so they need to fight him. He's already had his running around throwin 5 punches a round against Valuev.
What a great way to define your career.Comment

I think it's more to do with the massive height and weight advantage, coupled with the fact that the fight was held in germany, with its infamous judging history tbh.Comment

If Haye is happy with that as his "defining moment", I feel sorry for him.
He's basically Herbie Hide with less courageComment

It's a nice one to tell the Grandkids. I mean, the dude gave away over 7 stone and went to the backyard of the biggest heavyweight champion in history and took his title from him.
I'm not sure what the problem could be with this historic win. Can anyone name another example of a boxer giving away 7 stone at any level, and winning ?Comment

"took his title", can you say that with a straight face? It wasn't a UD even and he threw less than 10 punches around, Valuev's body has broken down at this point he went into 2 surgeries since and couldn't even enforce his mandatory rematch because of his injuries. The version that Chagaev beat and the version that Haye "beat", were two totally different versions. It's a nice one to tell the Grandkids. I expect that prior to his 31st birthday, David Haye has:
- NOT faced a Klitchko
- thrown his WBA title in trash (literally thrown, not vacated. WBA will be searching for it the whole next year)
- changed his name
- gone through multiple plastic surgeries to make himself unrecognizable
- gone hiding somewhere in CyprusLast edited by khepesh; 11-10-2010, 12:44 PM.Comment
