I don't see how Haye stalling and making poor excuses as to why he is ducking is "building up" the fight as Haye supporters claim. If anything it has badly hurt the marketability of it because Haye initially peaked fans interests when he appeared unafraid and like a serious threat to Wlad but now he looks scarred and had two uninspiring performances since. This fight was hot a year ago and I think has cooled down due to Haye's reluctance because less and less fans think he can really win.
