I think he could still improve too. He's still fairly young for a HW and he wouldn't be the 1st to reach his prime in his mid-30's. I think he could move up a level through fighting more world class opponents.

Lennox Lewis is a huge *****, as could be seen yesterday during the telecast. He still hangs on to the notion he beat Vitali, when Klitschko was ahead on all scorecards and wobbled him several times in the early rounds. Vitali Klitschko retired Lennox Lewis and is not going to get a rematch because LL is not a man of his word. This is what really should put BRitain to shame, not Danny Williams valiant effort yesterday, that man has 5x more heart the Lennox Lewis will ever have.

What we have? The person without heart has victory against the best heavywieght present time.
It is not necessary to me to tell about the second round and about " ahead on all scorecards ". He did not expect such pressure and such successful attacks from Vitaly. Vitaly managed to surprise him. But we remember all, that to Vitaly could not fall down the guy though he rendered the best punches. We as remember, that has made Lennox with his face (Klitschko after fight within one week spoke, that it was headbud; until has looked record of fight). All of us remember, how during that fight Lennox studied a manner of conducting fight of Vitaly; for this purpose it is enough to recollect the sixth round - when after missed punch of the Lewis in a temple Vitaly has hung on him to not fall; and this proceeded up to the end of a round after which fight have stopped.

the thing that makes VK so good is not that fun to watch. that might be why there are still so many haters.
many times a boxer has an awesome style that tears up the competition and is fun to watch. they rock people's heads like tyson, or bearhug like ruiz. the point is... a locked in style ALWAYS has a downfall or way of getting beat. so they may attract crowds, they may make money, and they may win.. but some day a smart trainer will have their number.

VK on the other hand doesn't look so exciting and wild like many want. RATHER, he is a smart man. SO his game plan is to out think the other fighter, make adjustments and WIN. this normally doesn't look good watching a fight, BUT it's impossible to prepare against. considering his size, mentality, and elusiveness, it's a great package..

and when people say "so and so in their prime" could knock out VK... well that's possible, but REMEMBER.. VK would could and would use a different reactionary tactic for each figher he fights.

I think Williams is a very good heavy, IMO he's the most skilled of the big heavys(250lb +).

Williams at his best is world class, Williams at his worst is a joke.

I dont care what anyone's says, there was something wrong with Williams. Maybe its because he came into heavy, the guys never going to be as strong as Klitchko even if he weighs 350lbs!! i think Williams planned to match Klitchko for strength, found out in the first 10 secs that he couldnt and lost his nerve, he lost a lot of hand speed with all that weight so there was no way he could beat Klitchko.

sorry, but Vitali simply is a far better boxer than Danny and he did not let Danny do anything
