From the beginning it was clear, that the Danny, as well as the Audley, the future of the Lennox does not wait.
Lennox Lewis is a huge *****, as could be seen yesterday during the telecast. He still hangs on to the notion he beat Vitali, when Klitschko was ahead on all scorecards and wobbled him several times in the early rounds. Vitali Klitschko retired Lennox Lewis and is not going to get a rematch because LL is not a man of his word. This is what really should put BRitain to shame, not Danny Williams valiant effort yesterday, that man has 5x more heart the Lennox Lewis will ever have.

WTF??? Lennox ain't no ***** and thats the truth. He gave Vitali a shot in the first place which he should be grateful for. Lennox won that fight plain and simple. Yes he was having a hard time but he did bust Vitali's face up with the punches that did land. I was a good fight while it lasted but Lennox had proven everything he needed to in his career. Even if Vitali did have Lennox's number if they would have fought again why the hell should Lennox risk ruining his legacy so close to the end of his career. His retirement was well deserved and well timed. He finished as champion.

I agree. He gave Vitaly a shot in a first place. He was right about retiring. He felt that he does not have the fuel to keep on and left. Smart choise for Lennox. And by the way he did beat Vitaly. In an ugly way I know but still it was a victory. But Vitaly is not the same fighter he was in 2003. Hey, he is not the same fighter since his last fight.

Or maybe not Thats the end of British World Heavyweight Championship hopes for awhile now, it's kinda sad in away. We had Lennox for all those years and kinda got spoilt in many ways, i really hoped Danny could do it and was convinced that he would. I admired his bravery in the ring last night, it would have been easy to quit and get paid for it but he didn't and fought on. I hope some of you people who dislike Danny at least give him the respect he deserves as a fighter and the bravery he showed last night. Anyone can have opinions on things but to actually call a fellow fighter a bum who risks his life by entering the ring and been couragous would be rather insulting. It's something i try to avoid doing now because if i was in that position i would hate people thinking that of me. I'm happy Vitali won as i kinda like him in away which is scary Obviously not because he has a really exciting style but because he is really dedicated to the sport and takes the championship seriously. You can tell he is not just here for the money and that goes along way in my mind. I still think Vitali is beatable and i still think he will get exposed in the near future but i wish him all the best and a long successful reign as heavyweight champion.

Don't feel bad Wez...You had all those great years with Lennox Lewis as your champion, The British Lion brought pride to Britain. It's just the passing of the torch man, the passing of the torch. It happens to everyone. Peace.

              Hi Wez,

Without a question, Danny has a great heart and he deserves a lot of respect for the way he fought.

Now, who said that the British crown is over? Vitaliy is kind of British because he speaks with an accent which is kind of British.

It is all fun any way. You do not have to pay me anything too.

Hi Nautilus, i will pay you as i am a man of my word.

Danny does deserve respect and he has earned it very much, Vitali dealt out a nasty beating. I have a feeling Vitali have a good reign as champion but i do still feel someone will expose a weakness in him and capitalise on it. It definatly won't be the likes of Ruiz, Pooster or Byrd though. You need power to be respected by the big man is one thing i have noticed. When Sanders hurt him he backed off and didn't throw punches back.

We Brits aren't that desperate to claim a champion because he speaks with a kinda British accent.

It would make a nice change to having one with a Candadian accent though!
