People dont know how a fights doing to turn out before they order it. People didnt want to see Vitali and I blame it on his choice of opposition after building up momentum/fan's admiration after that Lewis fight that he lost by the way.
Originally posted by GranTorinoYou can't blame the PPV nubmers on Vitali, Nash, and you know it. During that fight, he delivered a one sided beating to Williams the entire fight. Vitali did his part. Its no fault of his that he was fighting a scared fat-ass (like Rachman will be) who was content to draw check and get beat on.

Originally posted by DiegoFuegolol, you think Vitali can hit Rahman nearly as hard as Lewis did? good luck with that
Rahman will KO Vitali. It's funny because all of you Klitschko fans were whining for a tuneup earlier. Deep down, you're all very afraid of Rahman.

Be willing to fight better opposition. Vitali is just a *****. He needs to man up and then I would respect him. What a waste of height and talent if he continues to not use them correctly.
Hell, just imagine if Vitali had half the balls Byrd has? He might be the undisputed champ and have millions of American fans.
But no, this isn't the scenario. His PPV bombed with Danny Williams and HBO was bold enough to reject his last opponent because Vitali's content with fighting weak opposition.

You know as well as I do that this forum has been completely FILLED with posts from people about how Rachman is gonna put Vitali down.(Don't make me go back and dig them up just to prove my point, lol) If you are familiar with my stance on this issue, you know full well I swing as freely on Vitali's sack as anyone else, and I have always maintained that he will destroy Rachman as he did Williams. But I take that stance because I know already how bad Rachman is and how good Vitali is.
Dont try to defend the haters who have spent all that time riding Rachmans sack by now saying, "well, we all know Rachman sucks, so it should be no surprise to see Vitali beat him". I dont know if you personally have been nuthugging Rachman, but you know as well as I do that that is a totally different tune that has been being sung for the past few months.

Yea, we wouldn't want you to go back and dig up posts to support "Everyone riding Rahman", becuase far be it from you to prove what you're talking about.
I've said from the very begining Rahman sucks. The only reason I have never critisized Vitali for wanting to fight him is because he's obligated to.
Outside of that, as I've been saying from the begining, Vitali will be fighting a guy that already lost clearly and thoroughly to JOHN RUIZ.
The only fights I want to see Vitali in after this circus is over is in with Byrd, Toney, Ruiz or Brewster.
The titles need to be unified, and Vitali fighting Rahman brings that one step closer to that happening.
But this Bull **** about little Junior here and the rest of you nut huggers trying to act like Vitali beating Rahman will set up the final "Vitali has proven everyone wrong Party" is a JOKE.
Rahman is and always has been terrible. John Ruiz clearly beat him. Vitali should do the same.
That's all there is to it.

I don't think it matters if Vitali knocks out his next 10 opponents including Rahman, Byrd, Brewster, Toney, Ruiz, or God himself they will still find another reason to hate him.
You idiot.
When has Vitali proven anyone wrong about anything in the last year? He's fought Willams and then sat out injured.
Now that he's going to fight Rahman (which took him being forced to make it happen) that proves something?
There's no change in criteria here.
In case you haven't dropped by reality lately, Vitali still has only two fights since the close of 2003, and they were against Stiffs.
He's now (granted because he's obligated) fighting another weak fighter.
News flash: Vitali won't prove anything until he's beaten other title holders and unifying belts. Beating the likes of Williams, Sanders and Rahman isn't proving anyone wrong about anything.
Eveyone, wheather they like Vitali or not, should be glad this is moving on. Because after he gets this mandatory out of the way, he's in a position to fight for titles and prove himself.
