I must correct you. I don't think that Boxing is in the Top 5 of European sports. Soccer, Tennis, Golf, Basketball, Handball, Winter Sports, Car Racing (F1), Ice Hockey should all be well ahead just to name a few.

And the USA have a big and solid Pay-per-View market while there are only very view potential PPV buyers in Germany for example. That's why we don't get to see most of the boxing highlights from the States.

Boxing in Europe is a success when it's on FreeTV and the fighter is consistently in the press.

You do realize that Dariusz f.e. for the most part fought exactly the same opposition than RJJ?

You do realize that Eubanks consistently fought first class fighters in Benn or Rocchigiani?

You could make the same "argument" the other way round and try to pretend that RJJ never fought anyone though it'd be complete bs as well.

Michael Nunn agreed and guess why? Because of the money. Graciano won that fight btw. and if you say it'd have been scored different in the USA you're basicly saying that they'd have robbed Graciano.

There have been some BS decision in Germany which can't be denied but that doesn't mean that every fight is fixed over here.

Darius doesnt have a gold medal either (Roy should, its well known he was robbed).

Darius also doesnt have near the same phyical gifts as Roy either.

So many concluded Roy was better.

Handball is one of the main sports in Norway and Sweden. It's got a huge base of followers in Germany, France and Spain. Clubs like THW Kiel or FC Barcelona have salaries in the double millions. There's no point in lying to you.

I'm one of the other 50 percent around who believes Dariusz would've beaten Roy. But that's far from being the topic here and I've already discussed it over and over again. I can see where you're comeing from and I respect your opinion though it's false in my eyes. Let's stop this right at the beginning because we wont agree anyway.
