The purpose of the testing by Floyd was never intended to catch the Manny cheating( hence why bother going through all the rigorous training regimen if u feel that he will be caught). The purpose of Random testing, without a cut-off date, is to deter cheating; the test might not be 100% accurate, but the persons being tested aren't a 100% certain they won't be caught, therefore, the inclination to cheat is not worth the risk.

better testing, im all for it but this fight being made is more important than implementing a new, radical testing procedure where one side is asking the other to prove his innocence after making the accusations.

that's like me accusing you to be a child rapist and asking you to prove your innocence by going to court with my choice of judge, jury, and lawyer.

i disagree, but i respect your opinion.

manny was willing to do all the tests the commission requires, plus additional tests no one else has to go through. at least he's trying to make the fight.

floyd on the other hand made another excuse beside the testing why he didn't fight pacquiao (vacation)

better testing should be implemented period, not just one fighter picking who has to take the extra tests.

That was what Dibella was saying, but there is no set standard for boxing at all so how can there be a standard drug test. It is what it is.

The reason the fight hasn't happeaned is simple it is ego, and it doesn't just relate to Manny and Floyd but both their teams NEED to win at this point for the fight to go through. It is fairly ****** but that is the point it has reached.

Both sides should be finding ways to make the fight happean but in reality both sides are really doing very little to achieve that goal.

That is my only problem really is that both sides are at fault but almost no one blames both sides it is either or.

Floyd asks for tests that aren't required by anyone, anywhere. Pac tries to accomondate and Mayweather still complains. Mayweather avoids the fight for personal reasons so Pac fights someone else/ thread/ story.
