Floyd asks for tests that aren't required by anyone, anywhere. Pac tries to accomondate and Mayweather still complains. Mayweather avoids the fight for personal reasons so Pac fights someone else/ thread/ story.

thats pretty much it in a nutshell.

maybe floyd is a coward, maybe he really thinks manny is on PED's, maybe he really wants to make the sport cleaner.

none of that matters cause pacquiao has been subjecting himself to the standard tests, and it his not his obligation to accommodated floyd's unusual request. has said himself that he will take all tests the commission requires him to, not what floyd tells him to. heck, he was willing to be take tests far stricter and more invasive than what all boxers has to go through just to make the fight, yet he is the one being put under fire.
