I would say Wlad. Good question. Pac is just a freak. The speed and power make him dangerous.

Pacquiao. Speed and power are complimented by a crazy creative offense. The angles and
weird ass shots he throws are very skillful. Just because they are not taught in boxing textbooks doesn't mean theyre not technical.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Wlad is more skillfull, but Pacqiauo is the bettter fighter.

Who are these people who think Pacquiao isn't skilled? He has incredible skills.

Wladimir is the most skilled heavyweight by a distance but I still don't think his skills match up to Pacquiao's.

Not that this has anything to do with the thread, but imagine a Pac vs. Wlad p4p matchup?

Corrie Sanders is like the ******ed crack addicted autistic little brother of Pacquiao in terms of overall quality as a fighter.

Anyone that says Wlad don't know **** about boxing. What is so skilled about throwing a jab, clinch and repeating all over again for 12 rounds?

Wlad is better technically. He does everything very by the book, and lately he had became quite a crafty fighter on the inside, granted that inside was always his weakest spot. That is not to take anything from Pac, whose main advantage is his footspeed and handspeed, and his ability to throw from all the different angles.
But Wlad's punches are just that good technically, plus his ring generalship is even better then his brothers
