Wlad is obviously technically sounder but Pacquaio is more versatile. I would give it to Pac.

Honestly, this version of Pac is just an awesome fighter, with excellent skills and underrated boxing IQ. Footwork, use of right hand, counter-punching, bodywork have all improved so much from the Barrera 1 days.

Wlad is more skilled and Pacquiao is more talented is how I see it. Wlad's jab, spacing, use of height, patience, etc. is simply textbook.

I think in general, but not always, fighters that are considered boring are usually the ones I consider to be rooted in skills. Think Mayweather, Wlad, Andre Ward, and Malignaggi. Exciting fighters usually are less skilled risk takers, though many have the speed, power, heart, or style to compensate for their deficiencies. Think Manny, Roy Jones, Margarito, and prime Tyson.

So you think Wlad (49 KOs in 55 wins) got all his knockouts from "jab, clinch"?

        You're a fucking ******.

Wlad's more of a boxing scientist for sure

I wish he had Pacquio's combos though, if there's one big hole in Wlad's game it's NOT his chin as people often cite, it's that he seems so concentrated on his gameplan that he doesn't take advantage of openings any other fighter would be all over

its funny but a lot of boxing fans seem to think that if a KO doesnt happen in the first 3 rounds its not really a KO

you'd think dominating someone all night THEN knocking them out would be the most impressive way a fighter can win, but apparently they just change the channel and watch butterbean highlights on youtube instead

No you don't know anything about boxing, you fight according to the body God gave you. Wlad is 6'6" 250 pound super HW, Pac is 5'6" and started fighting at 107. You do realize that they will have different styles? Right?

Wlad is the more skilled one, he almost never gets hit, Pac gets tagged a lot more in fights. Wlad also has a lot more of an amateur boxing background to speak of, a gold medal at the Olympics. Wlad has an over-all better skill of a pure boxer.

Also, you must not have seen any Wlad fights because that left hook and right cross he has are nasty.

Then you probably saw one fight. He doesn't clinch any more than say Ali did in his heyday, Ali was like an octupus compared to Wlad.
