Anyone that knows boxing knows Paul Williams is OVERRATED! His footwork sucks, he is 6'2' but fights like his 5'7. He gets hit way to much and has no defence what so ever. Carlos Q beat the **** out of paul, margarito beat the **** out of paul (I thought the fight couldve gone to margarito). And last but no least, Martinez beat the **** out of Paul Williams. Martinez slipped when he got knock down. Martinez rocked williams when he got knocked down. Martinez also knocked a booger out of pauls nose. ANd if im being real PAUL DOESNT want to fight Martinez again, he rather lose weight and fight these little guys like Manny and Mayweather. But dont get it twisted Floyd will hit williams at ease and ko will.

The winner of PWill vs. Sergio Martinez will be an attractive opponent for Mayweather in terms of being a top PFP guy and also having the middleweight belt.

But I don't know if money-wise either guy brings enough to the table to entice Floyd.

Money is a secondary factor to Floyd. Risk is the primary factor and if there's too much, he won't take the fight. Mayweather has shown to me that he can sell by himself, a dance partner just adds more to the pie. The way Pac sold 700K against Clottey, I don't see how Mayweather vs. the winner of Martinez-Williams (especially if it's Paul) can come up to less than 900K.
