I know triangle theories are not good to go by.

But I just think Cotto can do way more than Quintana.

And I think steward can easily create a plan to beat williams. Williams is very hittable , I think Cotto jabs him at will , and digs the body for a possible late stoppage.

thats the only way I see Cotto winning. If he dont keep distance he gets trashed.

Cotto is WAY more "hittable" than Williams....and he's not nearly as DURABLE.

Williams CHASES Cotto down and makes him do his patented KNEE-SLIDE.

man..cotto would have to try to chop that tree down..if he cant he'd probally get outworked due to williams reach and volume,depends on who has the better game plan

Cotto is still my favorite fighter, but I do not see him winning over Williams.

cotto would have to take some punishment to get to williams and thats something he isnt mentally built for anymore, also keep in mind williams is a good puncher when he sits down on his shots. williams is very tough and cotto doesnt have the 1 punch KO power to take him out with one shot, williams would take him out in 8.

Great fight and would like to see it happen one day. Although this should have taken place back at 147 when Cotto was on the tear.

In 2008 Cotto makes it competitive for a while but gets stopped down the stretch and the second he starts backing up its a wrap, Cotto cannot fight backing up. In 2010 it would be an absolute massacre.

Cotto will be bleeding in the first 2-3 rounds just from the angled onslaught... and Cottos ear muff defense isnt going to cut it.
