I'm curious as a Mayweather fan why do so many of you hate him? Is it because of his bravado, alleged ducking, fighting style? It boggles my mind how so many people can judge a man that they don't even know. Now who knows what really went on with Floyd outside the ring? I simply judge fighters by what they do in the ring. I'm far from a Pacquiao fan but I appreciate his boxing ability but I'm not going to say he's a great guy because I don't know him personally. For all I know both May and Pac could both be asswholes or nice guys. Has Floyd done some ****** stuff yes, but he never seems to get credit for what he's done in the ring. People act like Floyd's career has only been at welterweight. People tend to forget when Floyd fought Hernandez, Manfredy, Corrales, Chavez, Castillo(2), etc. Floyd took on this"Money" persona simply to make more of it, and its funny how so many people label Floyd as this and that because of what they see on tv. Has every fighter fought who u wanted them to fight? Have there been no fighters that talked trash before? Every fighter has their short comings, but they should be appreciated for what they do in the ring. Floyd is the most hated boxer I've ever seen, so please tell me why some of you hate him so much.......

It's because most of the people here are people from the Phillipines who know nothing about boxing. They just jumped on the Pacquiao bandwagon and criticize Floyd at every oppurtunity, most of the time it doesnt even make sense. Because they are fans of Pacquiao not fans of boxing.

I don't think Floyd cares to be fair. Some people appreciate him but others will always criticize him whoever he beats. People were saying "Fight Mosley, Floyd was forced to fight Mosley, He's going to lose" and then when he wins 11 out of 12 rounds they say "Mosley was old, Floyd cherry picked him". So he's in a no-win situation. Whoever he beats.

There's just alot of idiots on this site unfortunetly.

Above 140 in my opinion Floyd has taken the easy road!!Gatti at 140 wasn't easy,it wasn't the best but is was good,he was a champ & he was supposed to be bigger!!

Oscar at 154 was legit,but I wonder why he didn't give Oscar the rematch!!But Baldomir,Hatton,Sharmba & Judah were soft matches to me!!Especially when Margarito was chasing him from his own interview!!But in the end at least he did beat the best welterweight in the business in Mosley & not only did he win,he dominated 10 rounds after nearly being slept!!
