Illegal after 2004, when it was banned. Simpler question...when did Roy fight Hall?

It was a banned substance according to WADA prior to 2004 and most athletic commissions use the WADA prohibition list to determine what is acceptable and what's not. Thus, it was illegal according to the rules of the state athletic commission. End of story. Seriously, this is pointless.

It seems like a lot of people still don't know where IMDAZED stands.

What's funny is people call him a *****.

I'm aware that Shane didn't test positive for any drug, however, I worded it that way by reflex as I take his admittance under oath as having produced the same result. I'm not sure if anyone is qualified to look into Roy's psyche and determine whether or not he knowingly sought to break the rules.

Mosley on the other hand (And I like Mosley) went to a lab that gave him a masked/synthesized designer anabolic, which was created by Patrick Arnold in a lab, that is quite different in my mind.

Not really. They both used banned substances. I don't care if one went to a dealer in the gym and the other went to Bin Laden's cave.

Boxing doesn't implement WADA regs as far as I'm aware. It's based on your jurisdiction. Whether or not Indianapolis implemented WADA regs at the time, I have no clue. Do you?

I never said boxing implemented WADA regulations. Obviously they don't or Pacquiao would be forced to retire. However, the commissions that do PED testing use the same list of drugs that WADA prohibits to create their own, Indiana included.

Pac has the heart to fight anyone, shows calmness, then DOES !

Mayweather is helter skelter, can't get it together, has skills beyond measure but the big ONE thing missing is that GAME HEART !!

Skills wins but he has yet to fight any Elite in his prime, in the last 5 years.

He wants to keep his "0" intact. ITs his trademark for MONEY.

He will go down as one who squandered it ALL in the end.

Hey Mayweather, just fight Manny and get it over with.

Hey Mayweather, just leave off of beating on women and threatening children.

You hide behind the talk of cleaning up boxing , why don't you clean up yourself ??????

I don't view it in a blanket fashion that way.

I just looked it up and couldn't find anything related to those regs back in 2000. You have those references? Because I can tell you for a fact those WADA regs changed after 2004, after the FDA banned the sale of certain supplements. Maybe they do....

Besides don't all states under their respective commissions require at the very least a urine sample? I'm not so sure they tailor tests specific to that list.
