I guess we'll never know. BTW, given all the excuses as to why Pac can't do full testing, I think that second paragraph is quite apropo, give a name change here and there .

          LOL.............

WADA/USADA designed to oversee amateurs unless a pro sport league or other parties invites them, like Floyd did. Of course with behind the scene understanding of earlier cutoff than that announced to hoodwink the general public.

Ehh It dosen't but that's not the point. Indiana uses WADA's list of prohibited substances as a framework, so it's illegal for that state.

I know right!!! Since december we must have had about 10 different excuses on why Pacquiao cant subject himself to drug testing in the 21th century while he goes the easy route for the most reward... Funniest thing is people are still making and backing those lame excuses..How ironic eh?

Hmmm in your previous comment you mentioned WADA rules? Where is your reference for Indiana using WADA rules?

Ok I am not here to defend or accuse anyone. But I used andro a few years back when it was over the counter. And so did a couple of friends of mine. All three did blood test to monitor test levels and to make there was liver damage while using it.And we were using a lot and we never even came close to 6x over the normal testosterone levels on guy went up to about 1.2 ,I only got my blood test level only up about .5 I think. So I dont think Jones(who I think is one best light heavy weights in history) was doing andro.
