Point is he is top 5 p4p at best , he has not fought at 147 since the 2nd Quintana fight and that's been over 2yrs so its safe to say he will not be fighting at 147 anymore no matter what he and his trainer says , he would be killing himself to make that weight.

Paul Williams is not #1 P4P the guy losing to Cintron before Kermit jumped out the ring

cotto and marg are equal resumewise.

mosley was still a top 2-3 fighter at 147 when floyd beat him.

where was winky at in his career?
I would argue that Cotto and Clottey are equal in difficulty.

However margarito with the right game plan can be beaten.

With cotto and clottey you have to take soem serious damage in order to win

kermit wouldve given up after the 6th. Paul doesnt get cookin until after the initial rounds. Kermit wouldve been subdued under pressure like he did against margarito twice.

Hell Margarito couldnt handle the pressure Paul gave him.

Cintron has changed his style and become more of a boxer puncher instead of KO slugger and he maintains his power but Paul Williams has an undeniable chin and loves to pressure against any and everyone.

I would argue Sergio martinez is more versatile onhis feet and Paul still won

PWILL is a beast but IMO he lost a close decision to Martinez, looked bad vs Cintron and has been inactive. What happened to the days where boxers fought 3 to 4 times a year. Ill say he hasnt improved his status in 2010 but 1 great performance vs Martinez might make me change my mind. Right now Pwill is top 6.

and they are not in the same weight class, Williams is fighting in his own division, Floyd last fight was at WW and Pacquiao is fighting in his own division once again.

No **** moron. Floyd have had 1 fight and Pacquiao have never fought over 147, LMaO
I meant to say at 147 or above. Would've sounded a little more coherent anyway. My bad.

Hes only won 1 title in 1 of those divisions. He wont even fight at 160 now.

Never the less, anyone jumping up and down divisions DEFENDING those titles still deserves a P4P ranking. Hell he beat Margarito when Margs most likely wrapped his ****, that right there is enough for me

If the Punisher beats Martinez & Margarito beats Pacman & Floyd is vacationing on a big boat, the Punisher is indeed pfp #1!!

This post is garbage, neither Pacman or Floyd beat any of these guys U just named(well Pacman beat Cotto at 145 but U get the point)!!The Punisher has beaten every man put in front of him(except Cintron, that fight wasn't concluded as far as I'm concerned)!!The Punisher can make 147,there isn't any other fighter above 154 that can,so he's too big is pure garbage!!
