I think Ike would've cracked sooner or later and before he achieved greatness.
since this thread is all about "what ifs"

what if corrie sanders was dedicated to the sport and trained properly and has frans botha's promoter?

left handed , good size , fast handspeed , explosive power......

        Lets compare resumes:

        Ike Ibeabuchi:
        - Byrd

        - Tua

        - 18 bums

Ibeabuchi got his ass whooped by the overrated one dimensional Tua.

Tua never won a world title.

Prime Tua was schooled by Byrd, who was destroyed twice by Wlad and dominated by one-armed Vitali

Tua was KTFO in the 1st round by Felix Savon, who was clearly beaten twice by Ruslan Chagaev, who was destroyed by Wlad.
        Wladimir Klitschko:

        - Most dominant fighter in the world.

        - Has cleaned out the HW division

        - IBF/WBO/IBO/RING Unified heavyweight champion of the world

        - Olympic Gold Medalist

        - 49 KOs in 55 wins

        - Has made 16 dominant world title defences

        - Has defeated 8 world heavyweight champions:

        Chris Byrd I (31-1)
        Chris Byrd II (39-2)
        Sam Peter I (24-0)
        Sam Peter II (34-3)
        Ruslan Chagaev (25-0)
        Sultan Ibragimov (22-0)
        Lamon Brewster (33-3)
        Hasim Rahman (45-5)
        Francois Botha (44-3)
        Ray Mercer (30-4)

        - has defeated tons of top contenders:

        Eddie Chambers (35-1)
        Calvin Brock (29-0)
        Tony Thompson (31-1)
        Jameel McCline (28-2)
        Monte Barrett (23-0)
        Ray Austin (24-3)
        DaVarryl Williamson (20-2)
        Axel Schulz (26-3)
        Derrick Jefferson (23-2)
        Charles Shufford (17-1)
        Eliseo Castillo (18-0)
        etc....
lots of triangle theories in there

Yeah it's just to bad Rahman was a ****ty boxer...oh wait so was Sanders. lol...I seriously don't see how someone like Rahman, who is so ****ing slow and inactive in the ring, Tua whose defense and offense is plugged so full of holes it is ridiculous, or Sanders a totally worthless **** that has no defense, head movement, or foot movement, can be discussed in a serious manner....just shows how pathetic heavyweight boxing has been for so long.

Why isn't there one guy like that now in the world?

I mean that dude, without training took it to Wlad and Vit, and Vit said he'd never been hit that hard ever.

And this guy was out of shape.

Man, I long for someone to just take it to the Klits.

Instead of being pusscakes about it.

            Argh.

The funny thing is Sanders used to be a boxer, before he stopped training.

Then he just said **** it drink beer, play golf, let the hands go for a few rounds, and pay the consequences if they don't.

I just can't believe there isn't one guy in the world that wouldn't try like that.

yeah because frank bruno , tony tucker , bonecrusher smith , trevor berbick and the other guys from the 80's had no weaknesses.

See in their primes Rahman and Sanders could crack.

They didn't have to be Joe Louis, they just had to throw.

That always gave them a chance. When they stopped training their chances became less, but ironically these two clowns ko'ed Lewis and Wlad.

i said rahman gave him problems. he did. rahman was winning that fight until he got hit after the bell. after that tua jumped on him in the next round and got a favorable stoppage from the ref.

not only don't you know **** about boxing. you have reading comprehension problems too.

next time don't talk about a fight you never saw.

if you saw the fight you'd understand what i was saying with my original post.

yeah tua won but rahman gave him problems in the 1st fight.
WRONG ******. you said that rahman gave tua more problems then IKE. rahman was ko'd against a late 90s tua while ike went head to head with A early tua. rahman wasn't winning the fight and he didn't get hit AFTER the bell. tua landed the more powerful meaningfull shots even before the ko. also heres the proof that the shot didn't come after the bell.

fast forward to 0:50 the bell was late but at BEST the bell would have still been ringing as the punch was landed. you're ******ed.......

man , the heavyweight division is so dead to me now.

i use to love the heavyweights.

even the mediocre ones like tua , moorer , oquendo and you of course. (though i did lose money on your ass in the bowe rematch)
