Now before everyone gets their panties in a wad I feel it's highly unlikely that Tony will break down much less beat Pac. But the more I watch Pac's team squirm and complain about Manny's focus the better chance I see Tony having in this fight.

But lets say Margarito breaks down Pac like he did Cotto. Will this endeed redeem him in the eyes of resonable boxing fans. I know Rican and Cotto fans alike will find some ignorent way to explain why Tony needed plaster to break down Cotto but didn't need plaster to break down Manny. But what about you reasonable people out there? Would this redeem Margarito?

I don't think it should be forgotten that he tried to cheat, but it will show me that he doesnt need plaster to beat a world class fighter, and it will put the su****ion out of peoples minds that he used plaster thoroughout his career. This is the toughest fight of his career so if he can win without plaster i dont see why he couldn't in his other fights.

i think for some weird reason people will still try and a find a way to hate on margarito for whatever reason namely most cant seem or dont want to move forward from the handwrap scandal but anyhow i do think it will help antonio margarito personally redeem himself after all the things that have happened to him in the past i really do hope he can march forward like a proud soldier in battle and continue being a really good and tough as hell mexican brawler and give his fans the crowd pleasing brawls that he has become famous for bringing us i dont care what the fans say or want i just want to a see a guy get some redemption for all of the negative stuff that he went through and move onto bigger and better things in his life.

I honestly see the fight going this way in my head. I can't picture it any other way. I will probably put a few bucks on Margarito.

Filipinos don't get walked down. Worst case scenario is Manny gets knocked out after he's spent everything he has.

If you look at manny's hardest fights(morales 1 and marquez 1), he's still fighting and giving everything he has until the final second, and could have gone 10 more rounds.

and margarito isn't gonna go defensive unlike morales or marquez, so we're really gonna see manny being tested in this fight.
