If anybody has ever sparred, or even hit a bag, they would know, beyond any shadow of any doubt, what's in the wrap.

Fighters are very particular about wraps, either doing it themselves, or having a particular person that they trust, do it for them.

It's all in the way it feels.

If there's a plaster block in there, um, you'd know it.

You're in fucking denial. How do you explain the numerous reports saying that there were substances in that pad that made it hard, similar to that from plaster of paris? As for your people seeing it theory, nobody but ****m Richardson was able to spot the pad. The commission didn't know what Marg's camp was doing that night so they could have been doing it without people knowing anything was out of the ordinary for a while. (till ****m caught them.)
