Yep. Definetly. Boxing "experts" like Dan Rafael and Kevin Iole would also be blasting him over and over again. These people refuse to criticise Pacquiao. It's a shame people get judged more on their image than what they actually do inside and outside the ring.

Because what he is doing out of the ring is preventing Pac-Floyd

      THATS WHY

And people have no respect for that

Besides James Toney another Roach-trained fighter that was known to use PEDs was Justin Fortune.

Fortune also used to be the strength and conditioning coach at the Wild Card Gym before Alex Ariza.

That is enough reason to be su****ious of Manny and why he won't agree to 100% random testing.

You're absolutely right, but let's elaborate a bit on your point. Fortune also said about PEDs testing, while he was STILL Pacroids "Strength and Conditioning Coach":

"Fortune, who was a world-class powerlifter before his days in boxing, believes that those who are caught are really guilty of negligence.

“They’re really ******," he states, flatly." Really, really ******. There are ways to get around everything these days. Each time they bring out a new test, someone brings out a new way to avoid the test. So it's just a matter of taking the drug and not doing the research in how to avoid being caught. It's a urine test; it's not difficult to get around."

Fortune believes it's easily exploited and circumvented.

“It’s just a piss test. To get around it you need Olympic-style testing, which is very expensive and I'm not sure they'll ever do it," Fortune states. "They look for basic, basic, basic steroids, speed, *******, marijuana. Just really basic stuff."

This was in an article written by Steve Kim for maxboxing.com on December 26, 2006.

And now you have Pacquiao REFUSING to take the very same tests that his former conditioning coach would catch him if he were indeed juicing? Give me ****ing break!! If this doesn't raise any flag or arouse even a remote sense of su****ion, let me tell you about some beachfront property in Kansas that I can sell you.

Great post. It makes you wonder why Pac is so against taking USADA testing without any preconditions, doesn't it?

Everybody in boxing knows Pacman uses blood doping and any other kind he gets his hands on. If I was Roach I'd shut the hell up !!

I'm a Boxing fan and think that if both sides can agree to something like 5 - 8 days cut-off, that would be more than fair.

If Manny was a PED user, I would be with you and say, he deserves no credit for any of his fights...... but you have no proof of any such thing, yet you appear to be stating that Manny must be using PEDs because you think he has been lying (far fetched even if true) .... again, all speculation because you didn't show me Manny's last demand to get this fight going.....

Those were negotiations, I think (ask Floyd?) that were never finalized and their final demands were never officially presented.
I don't have time for your bull****. You're just another d*ckriding Manny fan talking about how the fight didn't happen because Floyd took a "vacation." WTF does that matter when Manny wasn't going to agree to terms anyway? Do you guys realize how ****** you sound?

"The fight didn't happen because Floyd went on vacay instead of entertaining Manny's new bull****!"

Whatever you wanna tell yourself, pal.

"Innocent until proven guilty" isn't in the Bill of Rights, smart guy.

The right to remain silent is in the Constitution though. Perhaps Pacquiao should have taken that route.

Marion Jones special on ESPN tomorrow night. You should watch it.

The funny thing is Dan Rafael was riding Mayweather's jock before he retired in '07.

Then he jumped on the Pacquiao train.
