the rich do have accsess to the best healthcare , here but over 90% of people even those with insurace will not receive it, and the usa does have highly specialized medicine but for the average person, your healthcare doesnt even come close to that of a persons in a nation with socialized healthcare. canadians live longer even cubans live longer ,the average joe healthcare here sux balls!!!!
